It will then move to your calendar, and you will access the meeting through your Outlook or Teams calendar. You will also receive notifications (default 15mins) before to join the meeting</p>\n<p>If you receive only a meeting link via email for a meeting, click the link to join the meeting.</p>\n<p>You will then have the option to open the meeting in the app from the choices given in your browser.</p>"},{"accordionTitle":"I can’t find the meeting link?","accordionTitleSecondary":null,"accordionImage":"","accordionContent":"<p>You will have received correspondence from the Online Event Team via email.
