T Levels offer 16–18-year-olds in England the opportunity to develop technical and practical skills for careers in industry.
Each T Level is equivalent to three A Levels, and involves extensive ‘on-the-job’ training through an industry placement lasting around 45 days.

Employers are central to both the design and delivery of T Levels, and we will be engaging with industry throughout the development and delivery period.
By contributing to the development of these essential qualifications, you will help nurture future talent in your industry, playing a crucial role in closing skills gaps and enhancing overall industry performance.

Join our Advisory Groups
We’re currently looking for employers to join our Technical Qualification (TQ) Development Advisory Groups. As a member of a group you will help shape our new qualifications, playing a vital role in ensuring that they meet the needs of your industry.
The closing date for initial expressions of interest is 15 September 2024, however there may be opportunities to join our panels throughout the development process.
A minimum 45-day industry placement is a key element of T Level qualifications.
