As we continue to develop a new suite of Made-for-Wales GCSEs and related qualifications, our Digital Resources team is looking for authors and reviewers to support the creation of a new package of learning resources.
These innovative resources will be designed to support the implementation and delivery of our new qualifications, ensuring that they support the ambitions of the new ‘Curriculum for Wales’.

Subject specialists
Our team is looking for subject specialists in the following areas:
- Wave 1 (for qualifications being taught from September 2025): Art and Design, Business, Computer Science, Drama, English Language and Literature, Food and Nutrition, French, Geography, German, History, Mathematics and Numeracy, Music, Religious Studies, Spanish, The Sciences and Welsh Language and Literature.
- Wave 2 (for qualifications being taught from September 2026): Built Environment, Dance, Design and Technology, Digital Media and Film, Digital Technology, Engineering, Health and Social Care, and Childcare, Physical Education and Health and Social Studies.
- Wave 3 (for qualification being taught from September 2027): British Sign Language
Meet the team
Our Digital Resources Team will be delivering a series of virtual meetings for potential applicants to meet the team and provide opportunities to ask questions. These will be available through English and Welsh. To register, please use the following links:
